Case Study: D&H Furniture Limited

One year ago the newly established D&H Furniture joined our Nuthall branch and took out a 100 square foot unit. The business specialised in buying and refurbishing high quality furniture which they would then sell online, and in the meantime they needed somewhere to store these pieces.

Their rapid success saw them expand to a second unit within a matter of weeks, and over a year they built up to 500 square feet with a high turnover of stock. At this stage we presumed that the business would move into a shop or commercial unit, however they were happy with their set up and found that they were paying over 50% less by operating out of our depot.

D&H arrange for their clients to visit by appointment and the business has thrived without the overheads of a commercial lease or an expensive, long term contract.
